Musical Birthday

This card is for The Next Level's huge kick-off challenge. I love the teal and coral together, so I went with that, pulling out the various items I had in my stash that would go with that theme. I was able to use my new tulle from Limelight Paper Crafts *whoohoo* and some old glittery paper I have from ages ago. The challenge called for a "Aperture/Cut out Card" and also a "hand made faux Prima Lollipop flower." This was my first time making a "Prima" flower, and I sure plan on making more in the future! It was fun! I cut the music notes out with a punch and backed the inside with a glittery star-patterned paper and put gems inside the base of the notes. I also did kinda a faux cut out where the sentiment is, raising the frame up so again it looks like you're looking into the card to see the "Happy Bday." So it kinda sort feels like a 3-layered card... but not really, hehe.

Materials- Paper: DCWV, The Paper Company, Emboss: CB Dots & Spots, Ribbon: Offray, Tulle: Bazzill Basics, Punch: EZ Success, Button: Dress It Up, Ink: stampcraft, Stamp: Inkadinkado, Brads: Recollections, Gems: Michaels
