So I combined two challenges in making this card. I just found out that another one of my friends is pregnant and this is a Congrats card that I'll be sending to her. They're not finding out the gender of the baby and she really likes bold colors, so I just had fun with this card and kind of customized it to her style preferences! Most of the items used were from my stash.
The Challenge No. 8 from Use It was to include flowers, metal, fabric, and a new technique or one you haven't used in a while: the flowers are a given- the metal brads and safety pin- the fabric ribbon- and I haven't really ever used 3-D elements with stamps, like here I added the raised flowers onto the base stamp. The sketch is from Our Daily Bread's May challenge (ODBD, ODBDSC03).
